Our first three cuvées are sparkling, brewed with tea. Using brewery equipment, we ferment the teas to explore new ways into the world of non-alcoholic drinks.
NON AROMATISED
The selected teas are unflavored. The idea is to explore how the tea leaf expresses itself through fermentation. No fruit, no flowers, no aromas, nothing but fermented tea.

As we work with a living product until the final microfiltration, the artisan's expertise is irreplaceable in our production process.

Behind SCOB, two longtime friends

In 2023, Céline Cogniaux (ex-Brussels’ Kitchen) and Guillaume Berlemont, longtime friends with a shared love for good food and everything that happens around the table decided to focus their attention on what’s happening in our glasses. The observation was simple: today, there’s almost nothing crafted for adults who drink less - or even no — alcohol.
"It all started there, quite simply. From our own need, sitting in our favorite neighborhood bars or at the tables of the restaurants we love most, desperately scanning the non-alcoholic menu, only to find nothing that could elevate our evening moments. Everyone agrees on the importance of what’s on the plate, no matter how demanding customers’ expectations become. So why not bring that same attention to what’s happening in our glasses too?"
