We, SCOB Brewery, (also referred to as "we" and "us"), a limited liability company registered under number 1012.088.201 (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises) and having its registered office at: Rue Dieudonné Lefèvre 4, 1020 Brussels, act as a controller of your personal data for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

1. Categories of personal data we have processed

As part of our activities, we collect, collect and process the following data:

Data provided directly by the data subject:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone Number

• Billing and/or delivery address

• Banking information (via payment provider)

• Content of messages sent via our contact form

• Preferences expressed when registering for the newsletter or participating in competitions

• Any other personal data voluntarily provided by the data subject

• Participation in commercial operations (competitions, events)

Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR):

• Preservation of evidence in the event of a dispute

3. Sharing of data and recipients of your personal data

Your personal data will never be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without your prior consent. However, it may be shared with the following recipients, to the extent strictly necessary:

• Technical service providers (hosting, site maintenance)

• Logistics providers (carriers, distribution centers)

• Payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Mollie, Bancontact)

• Legal or accounting advisors

• Insurers (in the event of a dispute or claim: e.g. Accelerant Insurance Europe or equivalent)

4. Transfer of your personal data outside the EEA

In the event that any of your personal data is transferred outside the EEA, this transfer will only be carried out in compliance with the implementation of appropriate safeguards, as described in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR. These guarantees cover the following conditions:

• The country of destination benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission;

• Failing this, we implement the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and/or any additional measures guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to that required within the Union.

No transfer of data will be made to entities or countries that do not guarantee sufficient protection without your prior information.

5. Data retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was originally obtained, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and to defend our rights, and always in compliance with the data retention periods provided for by the laws and regulations applicable to us.

6. Automated decision-making

We do not engage in any automated decision-making (including profiling) that produces legal or significant effects about you. Product recommendations or the display of personalized content are based only on general, non-individualizing criteria.

7. Your personal rights as a data subject

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: to know whether we hold data about you and to obtain a copy of it;

• Right to rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): under the conditions provided for by the GDPR;

• Right to restriction: temporarily freeze the use of your data;

• Right to object: in particular for processing based on our legitimate interest or for marketing purposes;

• Right to portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;

• Right to withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on it.

These rights can be exercised by contacting us (see section 9).

8. Consequences of not providing personal data

The provision of certain personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of your contract with us (order, delivery, invoicing, etc.). Without this information, we will not be able to provide our products or services.

The provision of other data (e.g. subscription to the newsletter) is optional, but may be subject to certain benefits (promotions, exclusive content).
